Delivery Timeline

• Orders will be processed within 3 days after confirmation.
• Standard delivery time is between 5 to 6 days, depending on your location.
• We partner with third-party courier services for shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company.
• If there are any unexpected delays or issues, our team will contact you via phone call to inform you about the status of your order.

Return & Refund Policy

We ensure quality checks before dispatch, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the return guidelines below:

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim a return. The video should show:
  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The product being unboxed.
  • The issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item).
• Without a proper unboxing video, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

• Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
  • If the product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • If the issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • If the wrong size or color was ordered by mistake (unless the wrong product was delivered).
  • If the required video proof is not provided.

Return Process:

• If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or replacement.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 15 days, depending on the payment provider’s policies
